A Happy Father's Day

We had a great day. It started as usual -- JVL got showered with smiles when he went in to get Cody from his crib and bring him into our room for breakfast and then to hang out for awhile.


Then he gave JVL his present -- some awfully fetching pictures of himself and his Dad, from his birthday to last week, in a great frame for JVL's office.



Then there was some more bonding and playing. And most importantly, the weekly trip to the comic book shop. Ahem. (They are clearly cackling about how they spent what little we have begun saving for Jetty's college tuition.)


And he wound down the day by falling asleep on his daddy's lap.


All in all, a great day. : )
