Cordelia is THREE!

It's a little hard to believe that three years ago we brought our little Cordelia Mary home. She was serene, and sweet, and so, so small.

(This is Cody three years ago, btw...)

Now here's my baby girl. Less serene, less small.
But still sweet (most much of the time).
Here she is opening her presents!

She had a wonderful day. We stopped at Starbucks, and when we walked in, the entire store (staff and patrons) all burst into a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday, and her favorite barista, Tegan, presented her with a cake pop. (After which some of the customers did, too.)

We took her to lunch in Occoquan, where she sorted sugars to her heart's content.

But the best part of the day was the afternoon surprise: Granny and Pop Pop! Can't you just actually feel the joy in these pictures, from all four of them? : )
Happy birthday, darling Red. We love you to pieces!

She is SO GROWN UP. Every time I see her she's more and more like a little lady. Slow down, kid!! :)
