When Daddy's Away...

...Mommy has literally no time to shower brush teeth return emails watch JVL on live TV return phone calls eat real meals that don't consist of cheez-its and coffee blog. So just remind me to tell you about the week's lowhighlights:

• Cordelia's assessment of why we each have a guardian angel
• Cordelia biting Cody's nose
• Cody falling into the toilet
• Emma vomiting while in the swing (that is just exactly as gross as it sounds)
• The kids watching JVL on television
• The car doors being frozen shut when we had to leave for school
• Cody emerging from naptime in his Thor costume; Cordelia emerging almost naked; neither having actually napped

There's more, I think, but I'm doing this now so I don't forget later. But for now, behold how huge Emma is getting.

 I went to change her diaper, and she fell asleep. So like any good mother, I just left her on top of the changing table. That's what all the baby books advise you to do, especially when the table's on a hardwood floor. Hey, I found the buckle (after 15 minutes)!

 Emma's first walk. Only lasted 5 minutes but it was nice to get fresh air! Can't wait for spring!
